We are aware of the announcement regarding Safestyle on 30 October 2023, detailing their current trading position.

Omni Capital Retail Finance (Omni Capital) are monitoring developments closely and will make sure that we provide support to our customers. We have prepared a list of helpful questions and answers below to guide you in taking the appropriate next steps.

Should I continue with my payments to Omni Capital?

The finance agreement you have is between Omni Capital and yourself. These payments will need to continue. Failure to make your contractual payments could result in your loan account entering arrears which would then affect your credit file.

I have applied for a loan but have not yet received the goods from Safestyle. What do I do?

If your loan account is not live and you wish to cancel your application, please email with your application reference number, full name and date of birth and we will action this for you.

There is still remedial action required on my order with Safestyle. What do I do about this?

In order to understand your situation and the outstanding requirements, we will need you to provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Account number
  • Date the issue was detected
  • Full description of the issue (please provide photos or videos of the issue)
  • Copies of all correspondence with Safestyle regarding the issue

In certain circumstances, Omni Capital can take action for you as your credit provider. By providing the information above, you will enable us to fully investigate and provide next steps.

Please note, we can only liaise with the account holder or authorised third party and emails must be sent from the registered email we hold on your account.

I have already registered a claim with you regarding my goods and services from Safestyle. What happens next?

If you have already submitted a claim with us, no further action is required, and we will continue to investigate and provide our response when we are in a position to do so.
